Anyone know if tweetdeck is accessible?

Hi people. question regarding twitter: Has anyone tried using tweetdeck with a screen reader? If so, what are your experiences and which screen reader does it work with best, if at all?
I would like to use it because it would give me increased twitter functionality, like managing multiple accounts and retweeting with added text. Any feedback/answers would be apreciated.
